For North Star units, Eagle project proposal reviews are currently conducted regularly at Soapstone United Methodist Church, located at 12837 Norwood Road, Raleigh, NC 27613.
If the meeting is held in an alternate location, the advancement team will provide the location information to the scouts / troops as needed.
